Ivan Pavlovic M.arch

Ivan Pavlovic, M.Arch, MRICS, currently serves as the Regional Head of Hotel Design at NEOM, a position held since May 2022. With extensive experience in hospitality project management, Ivan previously worked as Project and Development Director for JLL, overseeing the development of a luxury resort and villas in Riyadh. At AECOM, Ivan held roles as Project & Commercial Director and Project Director, managing multi-billion-dollar projects across the Middle East and ensuring effective contract management and procurement. Ivan's earlier experience includes key positions such as Development Manager at Generator and Senior Project Manager at Hilton, contributing significantly to major hotel investments in Europe. Ivan's educational background includes a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Zagreb and MRICS qualification in Senior Professional Project Management.
