Yashaswi Tapadia

Yashaswi Tapadia is currently the Chief of Staff at Neon Flux since November 2022. Before that, from July 2022 to November 2022, they worked as a Senior Strategy Analyst at the same company. Prior to that, from December 2021 to July 2022, they were a Strategy Analyst at Neon Flux. In 2020, Yashaswi worked as an Independent Consultant. In 2019, they served as a Financial Analyst Intern at Minerva Capital Group and also interned at Kheyti. In 2018, they were a Commitment Maker at Clinton Global Initiative and a Program Development Associate at StartUP FIU. From 2016 to 2017, Yashaswi worked as a Teacher and Researcher at Lord Rama School. In 2017, they interned at Boondh. Yashaswi also founded Aasha Initiative in 2013 and served as a Founder until 2016.

Yashaswi Tapadia completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Florida International University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Business Analytics from 2017 to 2021. After that, Tapadia pursued a Master of Science degree in Analytics at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from 2022 to 2024.
