Stephen Terepaii O'Sullivan

Stephen Terepaii O'Sullivan is a seasoned software engineer and leader in the gaming industry, currently serving as Lead Programmer at Neon Koi, a PlayStation Studio, since January 2022. In this role, Stephen leads the Core Tech team, focusing on backend development, CI/CD, and networking technology, while also engaging with external partners and studio executives to align technical vision with project goals. Prior to Neon Koi, Stephen held a Senior Software Engineer/Manager position at Ubisoft Berlin and a Senior Software Engineer role at Activision Blizzard, where responsibilities included managing teams, driving technical direction, and contributing to notable projects like Call of Duty and Tony Hawk Remastered 1+2. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from the University of Limerick.
