Teemu Halminen

Teemu Halminen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Teemu started their career as a Finance and HR Manager at Telrock, where they built financial and HR operations for the Finnish subsidiary. Teemu then moved on to work as a Finance and HR Manager at Cresense, where they were responsible for finance and general administration.

Later, Halminen joined Mirum Agency as an HR Manager and Controller, overseeing the HR function and HR cost controlling. Teemu then served as CFO at Viasys VDC, handling finance, HR, and IT functions across four countries. Teemu also managed the merger between two Finnish Topcon subsidiaries.

Halminen continued their career at Wargaming as an Operations Manager, responsible for finance, people, and operations. Teemu also served as the liquidator when the studio shut down. Teemu later co-founded Arctic HR, where they worked as a consultant, helping clients with setting up, developing, and running their people operations.

Teemu then joined Dodreams Ltd. as CFO and later joined BIT ODD as part of the operations team. Their most recent role was as a Finance Advisor and COO at Lightneer. Additionally, they are currently the Operations Director at Neon Koi, a PlayStation Studio.
