Rick Hoffman

Rick Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rick is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Neon One, where they are responsible for product delivery for all applications and infrastructure. Prior to joining Neon One, Rick worked as an Independent Consultant at Rick Hoffman Consulting in 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at eMDs, an industry leader in healthcare software solutions. Before that, Rick held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Alchemy Systems from 2017 to 2018 and also served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2017. Rick was the Vice President of the Payment Solutions Group at ACS - A Xerox Company from 2009 to 2011. Rick has also been involved in various leadership roles earlier in their career, including President and CEO of VDIworks, President and CEO of ClearCube Technology, and Director and GM of the Linux Systems Group at Dell Computer. Rick started their career at IBM in various technical and managerial roles focusing on systems management and solutions.

Rick Hoffman attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a minor in Computer Science. Rick further pursued their education at The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1988, obtaining a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a minor in Business.
