Stacy Wade

Stacy Weber serves as an Instructional Designer at Neon One since June 2022, bringing extensive experience from Community Unit School District 300, where from January 2014 to June 2022, Stacy held roles as both a STEM Educator and Classroom Teacher. As a STEM Educator, responsibilities included leading curriculum design and providing instruction for 1,200 K-5 students, collaborating across departments to enhance student proficiency in mathematics and reading. Notable achievements include designing virtual learning content for 20,000 students during the pandemic, facilitating teacher training sessions, and receiving the highest performance rating for professional practice and student growth. In the role of Classroom Teacher, Stacy focused on data-driven decision-making, building strong relationships with parents and colleagues, and significantly increasing student proficiency in math and reading. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in STEM Education and Curriculum and Instruction, along with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
