Irina Hliabovich

Irina Hliabovich is the Chief of Staff at Neon and has a long history of experience in the legal field. Irina started their career as a Legal Assistant at the law firm SORAINEN in 2010 and worked their way up to Junior Associate at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners just two years later. In 2013, they made the jump to "Zubr Capital" Private Equity firm where they served as General Counsel for five years. In 2018, they joined Lokalise as Director of Legal and quickly rose through the ranks to become part of the leadership team that scaled the business from 15 to 160+ fully remote hires. From 20 to 2200+ corporate customers and 4x ARR in 18 months.

Irina has been instrumental in setting up legal and compliance functions, enterprise-deal negotiation for the Sales Team, and has served as a right-hand to the Founders and the Director of Finance for investor relations, special projects, board preparations, ESOP administration, and more. Irina is currently using their skills and experience to help Neon scale rapidly and expand into new markets.

Irina Hliabovich received their Master of Laws (LLM) in Private International and Civil Law from MGIMO University (Moscow State Institute of International Relations). Irina then went on to earn their Master of Laws (LLM) in Private International and European Law from Belarusian State University. Irina is currently a student at Belarusian State University, studying international private and european law.

Irina Hliabovich reports to Nikita Shamgunov, CEO. Irina Hliabovich works with Alexander Bayandin - Lead QA Automation Engineer, Rory De Zoete - Lead Site Reliability Engineer, and Kate Klink - Growth & Marketing Manager.
