Yanic Motte

Yanic Motte is a Technical Support Engineer at Neon since July 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Snowflake from September 2020 to July 2023. Yanic also served as an Escalation Engineer for NetApp from May 2017 to August 2020, leading the EMEA L2 OnCommand Team, focusing on troubleshooting and coordinating efforts across multiple technologies. Earlier roles included a Unix System Administrator for the European Commission from January 2012 to April 2017, an Owner of Valistar, and various positions involving system administration and engineering at Dimension Data and KBL European Private Bankers. Yanic holds multiple certifications in network and security administration, and completed education at HEPL - Haute Ecole de la Province de Liège from 2005 to 2008.
