Gabriele Mair

Gabriele Mair has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gabriele is currently the Director of People & Culture at neoom group since February 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to January 2022, they embarked on a personal life transformation journey while being self-employed under the name G. Mair.

From 2018 to 2021, Gabriele worked at Tchibo as the Global HR Director. Before that, they were self-employed and focused on personal development from March 2017 to December 2017.

Gabriele also held the position of Global HR Director at Tridonic from September 2013 to February 2017. From April 2010 to August 2013, they worked at Swarovski as the Vice President of HR for the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to that, Gabriele served as the VP of Human Resources at Swarovski Optik from April 2008 to March 2010. Gabriele began their career at the Daniel Swarovski Corporation in March 2007 as an HR Manager and stayed in that role until March 2008.
