Helena Guzman is an experienced professional in digital marketing and operations, currently serving as Head of Operation and Performance Manager at NeoPerformance since November 2020. Helena leads Duty Free/Duty’s media strategy across 11 countries and reports directly to the COO. Previously, as Marketing Manager for Brazil at LetyShops, Helena executed global business campaigns and managed local marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Marketing and Product Manager at NeoPerformance and Head of Performance at AFILIO, where Helena coordinated operational teams and optimized media campaigns for major advertisers in various industries. Helena holds an Executive MBA in Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Data-Driven Strategy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Business and Marketing from Universidade Candido Mendes.
