Adam Lister

Adam Lister is currently the Chief Operations Officer at NEOS, where Adam leads cross-functional teams to support the Life Insurance business. Prior to this role, Adam held positions at Westpac and BT, where Adam was responsible for formulating and executing customer and efficiency initiatives and managing relationships with strategic partners. Adam also has experience in project management, commercial contracts, and business reporting analytics within the insurance industry. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Finance and Commercial Law from the University of Sydney.
