Boaz Rymland

Boaz Rymland's work experience starts in 2005 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Zend Technologies, where they provided technical support and built training programs for Zend's products. Boaz then worked as a Web Developer at Linnovate, designing and implementing Drupal sites and integrating with CRM systems.

In 2008, Boaz joined Trade FXL as a PHP Developer, where they designed and implemented complex web sites using Drupal and integrated with SugarCRM. Boaz also handled Apache and Nginx configuration and maintenance.

In 2010, Boaz contributed to the startup Cloudyn, establishing its web presence and shaping the user interface. Boaz designed and implemented the company's website using Drupal and integrated Amazon AWS services using the Amazon PHP SDK.

From 2011 to 2014, Boaz worked as a Project Manager and PHP Developer at ProCode.co.il, where they managed requirements and tasks, as well as designed and developed applications using the Yii Framework.

Boaz then joined Clink.com in 2014 as the VP of Engineering, overseeing all technological aspects of the startup and participating in shaping its vision and products.

From 2016 to 2018, Boaz worked as a Web FrontEnd Staff Engineer at Ruckus, developing complex web UI products using Angular, TypeScript, and other technologies.

In 2018, Boaz joined Tikal - Fullstack as a Service as a Frontend Web Developer, assisting customers in fulfilling their goals using various frontend frameworks and technologies.

In 2022, they became the Frontend Team Lead at neosec.com, where they developed UI for API monitoring and protection tools using React and other modern libraries.

Currently, Boaz works as a Software Engineer Senior II Lead at Akamai Technologies, starting in 2023.

Boaz Rymland received a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Tel Aviv University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as the Zend Certified PHP Engineer from Zend Technologies in June 2006, and the BrainBench PHP 5.3 Certification (ranked among top 5%) from BrainBench in July 2011.
