Ruchita Sharma

Ruchita Sharma is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at NeoSOFT since April 2024, Ruchita previously held the role of Associate HR at American Chase from November 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding.
