Karen Yuccas

Karen Yuccas has a diverse work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Karen started their career as a National Key Account Manager at Nortech Systems in 1999, where they achieved double-digit growth and exceeded annual sales targets. Karen later became the Director of Sales, Commercial Division, responsible for managing sales within the EMS and Commercial Wire and Cable Group.

Yuccas then moved on to Onyx EMS, where they served as the VP of Business Development. Karen successfully realigned and rejuvenated the non-performing Business Development group and grew the sales pipeline from $3 million to $250 million.

Later, Yuccas joined Fusion EMS as the VP of Business Development, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and humanizing the EMS industry.

Prior to their current role, Yuccas worked at Joules LLC as the President, representing highly technical companies specializing in supply chain solutions for custom electronics in various industries.

Currently, Yuccas serves as the West Region Sales Director at NEO Tech, a leading electronics manufacturing company.

Karen Yuccas has completed a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative program from ERA, MANA, IPA/MRERF. Karen also holds a Management Essentials Certification from Drexel University. Additionally, they have completed The Dale Carnegie Course and The Dale Carnegie Sales Course. Karen Yuccas has pursued B2B Marketing Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
