Lalaine Wong Mshr

Lalaine Wong MSHR, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 24 years of experience in the field of human resources. Lalaine has held various leadership roles in different companies, focusing on HR strategy and execution. Lalaine served as the Director of People at NEO Tech since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of HR & Security/Senior Human Resources Leader at II-VI Aerospace & Defense from January 2017 to March 2020. Lalaine also worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at TriNet from November 2013 to January 2017, where they provided HR guidance and support to organizations in various industries. Lalaine served as the HR Director for the Southern California Region at Education Management Corporation - Argosy University from May 2011 to July 2013, overseeing strategic HR initiatives. Lalaine has also held HR leadership positions at Silver Star Distribution Company Inc., American Sterling Corporation, UTi Worldwide Inc., and CMA CGM.

Lalaine Wong holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from Argosy University. Lalaine also has a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Carlos. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
