Paul Geyer

Paul Geyer is currently the Director at Neovasc. Prior to this, they were with Sonic Incytes Medical Corp., TIMIA Capital, Claris Healthcare Inc., Starling Minds, Stoko, Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals, Discovery Parks and Nimbus Synergies, and TargetTape Inc.

Geyer has over 25 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Paul has a proven track record in product development, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, and commercialization. Paul has also held senior leadership positions in both public and private companies.

Geyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from York University.

Paul Geyer has a certificate in venture capital from UC Berkeley Extension, a certified director designation from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a diploma in strategic plan development from The University of British Columbia, and a B.A.Sc in electrical and biomedical engineering from The University of British Columbia. Paul has also completed a summer program in cardiovascular pathophysiology for engineers and scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, they are a year 1 student in the CFA - Level 1 Program at the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts and is taking the Canadian Securities Course at the Canadian Securities Institute.
