Holger Lippert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Holger currently holds the position of Vice President Customer Success EAME & APAC at Neovia Logistics since February 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Account Management and Business Development EAME at the same company from July 2023 to February 2024. Before joining Neovia Logistics, Holger worked at DB Schenker Europe, where they held the position of Director Business Development Industrial from August 2018 to December 2021, and Director Business Development Consumer/Retail/eCommerce from February 2018 to August 2019. Holger also worked at Schenker (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd as the Senior Manager Projects - Contract Logistics from August 2016 to January 2018. In addition, Holger has experience in global business development and planning & development management in the fashion, retail, and eCommerce sectors at DB Schenker from April 2014 to July 2016 and December 2011 to March 2014, respectively. Holger has also worked as a lecturer and research assistant at Westfälische Hochschule / University of Applied Sciences Gelsenkirchen from 2010 to 2011, and in project management in the HR department at Daimler North East Asia, Beijing from August 2009 to February 2010. Holger started their professional career at Mercedes Benz Vertriebsorganisation Deutschland as a Marketingmanagement Small trucks from September 2008 to January 2009.

Holger Lippert holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Logistic Services, which they obtained from Westfälische Hochschule in the year 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Engineering - Automotive Economy and Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Gelsenkirchen in the years 2005-2009. In addition, they have a certification in "Gestaltung von Logistikverträgen" from BVL - Bundesvereinigung Logistik, which was obtained in 2021.
