Mark Williams has extensive experience in logistics management, currently serving as Site Support Manager at Neovia Logistics since April 2014, following a role as Shift Manager. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Planning and Development Manager at Wincanton from June 2007 to April 2014, where responsibilities included workforce labor planning for a 720,000 sq ft non-food warehouse, focusing on agency management, labor and cost forecasting, budget management, and KPI analysis.
