Wade Thompson

Wade Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Neovia Logistics since August 2012, Wade has progressed through various roles in the company, including Assistant Plant Manager. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. from July 2004 to August 2012, where Wade held roles such as Human Resources Manager with Safety and Security Responsibilities and Export Operations Manager. Wade's career began at Moore Wallace Incorporated, where positions included Fulfillment Manager and Shipping Manager, and earlier roles at Wallace Computer Services involved management of receiving, kitting, and sales. Wade also gained early experience as Student Sales Manager at Ball State Daily News. Wade holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Marketing from Ball State University, completed in 1999.
