Zsófia Lautner-Godó is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR functions, organizational development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Office Coordinator at Neovia Logistics since June 2020, Zsófia manages HR processes including payroll support, performance management, and HRIS management in SuccessFactors, while also contributing to budget planning and regional HR projects. Previously, Zsófia worked as an Organizational Development Specialist at S&T Hungary, focusing on BPMN software selection and employee wellbeing projects, and served as an HR Generalist at TÜV Rheinland InterCert Ltd., where responsibilities included recruitment coordination and process improvement initiatives.
