Professor Dr. Arti S. Pandey has been teaching undergraduate biochemistry to MBBS and BDS students for the past twenty years. She has been actively involved in research during the course of her career and has a dozen publications in national and international scientific journals to her credit. She has pioneered a pilot study on genetic disease in Nepal, which is near completion. She has obtained training in newborn screening for Inborn Errors of Metabolism from the Neugeborenen Screening Laboratory in Zurich, Switzerland and in Microarray as well as gene sequencing as a part of her collaborative research at Linkoping University, Sweden. She is a consultant genetic counselor at NCHRC.
