Kumar Pudashine

Kumar Pudashine is an accomplished IT security and policy advisor with extensive experience in cybersecurity and academia. Currently serving as an IT Security and Policy Advisor Consultant for USAID's Urja Nepal Program and the Director of Cybersecurity at Facet Technology Private Limited, Kumar specializes in implementing IT policies and building cybersecurity frameworks. With over a decade of teaching experience as an Associate Professor at Nepal College of Information Technology and as a visiting faculty member at Tribhuvan University and Nepal Open University, Kumar focuses on cloud computing, networking, and information system auditing. Prior roles include Senior Section Chief at Agricultural Development Bank Limited, where expertise in information security governance was demonstrated, as well as various consultancy positions with national organizations. Kumar holds a Master of Engineering in Information and Communication Technologies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
