Justin Conley

Justin Conley, MBA, serves as the Manager of Performance Analytics at NEPC, LLC since October 2022, leading a team to enhance investment performance measurement and client reporting with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Supervisor in Performance Analytics at NEPC, effectively managing a team of Performance Analysts. Justin's experience includes serving as an Investment Analyst at Strategic Capital Investment Advisors, where responsibilities included team workflow management and client report preparation. A retired Major from the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, Justin commanded a company of 142 soldiers, achieving significant improvements in training and operational performance. Justin holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University and a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northern Illinois University.
