Kathy Wallace

Kathy Wallace is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in nephrology, dialysis, and cardiovascular intensive care. Kathy has worked at NANI - Nephrology Associates Northern Illinois / Indiana since 1999 and previously at EVEREST DIALYSIS SERVICES, INC., Community Health Systems, and the United States Air Force as a Nurse Corps First Lieutenant.
