Louis Jan

Louis Jan is a highly experienced nephrologist currently serving at NANI - Nephrology Associates Northern Illinois/Indiana since October 2018. In addition, Louis holds the position of section chief of nephrology at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center since July 2016 and has been a nephrologist at Bergen Kidney Center, PC since August 2003. Past roles include medical director at DaVita Kidney Care from October 2013 to October 2020 and division chief of nephrology at Holy Name Medical Center from January 2011 to December 2014.
