Sudha Gadepalli

Sudha has always been interested in problem solving. Whether providing strategic direction to companies or solving day-to-day challenges, she has spent over 16 years working with various companies addressing their requirements. She has worked with companies and clients across various sectors ranging from financial services, power and infrastructure, manufacturing, telecom, education, EPC, IT and others.

Prior to joining NephroPlus, as a part of Sparkman Infra Advisors, Sudha had been advising clients in various sectors on private equity/angel investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, sale of equity, disposal of distressed assets, corporate debt restructuring, dispute resolution settlement, and shareholder exits, among others. She was also a part of Edelweiss Group’s core strategy team, being a key team member involved in setting up the life insurance arm of Edelweiss Group involved in dealing with various regulatory and commercial aspects of setting up a business in a joint venture. Sudha has done her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras.

She is an avid book reader, likes to visit different places and cultures around the world, and also loves to try out various local and international cuisines.
