Robert Banks

Robert Banks is responsible for leading the organization with a clear, set vision, developing a strategy to achieve that vision, and then executing that strategy. Robert leads the team to success by inspiring and motivating employees, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and making difficult decisions, all while managing resources effectively. Robert’s favorite part about working at Nephros is the opportunity to work with best-in-class technology while taking the partner and customer relationships to extraordinary levels as they grow and create shareholder value. Robert holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
