Harry Melsom began their work experience in 2003 as a Research Assistant at Clemmow Hornby Inge. Harry later worked as a Stagiaire at Carat in 2005 and as an Intern in International Business Development at TBWA in 2006. From 2009 to 2011, Harry served as an Account Manager at Carat Global Management, where they were nominated for an M&M award. In 2011, they joined Facebook as an Account Manager, eventually becoming an Account Management Lead for Automotive brands. Harry also worked as a Client Solutions Manager and Account Manager at Facebook before transitioning to Pinterest as a Partner Manager (Contract) in 2016. Harry then joined Google as a Creative Business Partner for the ZOO in 2017 and worked as a Product Manager at Ad-Lib Digital from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, Harry was the Head of Digital Marketing, Retail at Soho House & Co, and they are currently the Head of Marketing at Neptune.

Harry Melsom attended Harrow School from 1998 to 2003, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. Harry then enrolled at Newcastle University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in French with Business. Additionally, in 2006 they briefly attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa to study Abnormal Psychology.
