Shane Sprules (ChPP, MIET, MAPM)

Shane Sprules (ChPP, MIET, MAPM) currently serves as the UK Manufacturing Manager at Neptune, overseeing over 120 staff across two operational sites since September 2021. Prior to this role, Shane was a Project Manager responsible for leading the strategic development of Neptune’s manufacturing operations and supply chain. With extensive experience at Honda Engineering Europe Ltd from April 2004 to August 2022, Shane held various positions including Senior Project Manager and Manufacturing Manager, where key responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams, delivering capital investment projects, and ensuring efficient production operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Toolmaker at Loadpoint Limited and foundational education at Hreod Parkway, Swindon College, and The Open University.
