Michael Vacchiano

Michael Vacchiano is currently serving as the Senior Corporate Counsel for SEC and Compliance at Neptune Wellness. Prior to their current role, Michael worked as an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Their experience also includes working as a Corporate Counsel at North Florida Surgeons. Michael holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida State University.
