Dilara Jafarli has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Dilara began their career as a Project Support Manager at AT-Geotech. Dilara then moved on to work at Azerbaijan Bank Training Center, where they held roles as an Office Manager/Training Coordinator and later as a Customer Relationship Manager. In 2016, they joined NORM OJSC as an HR & Training Coordinator. Most recently, they have been working at NEQSOL HOLDING, first as a Learning and Development Manager and now as the Head of Learning and Development.

Dilara Jafarli pursued a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Baku Engineering University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language from Azerbaijan State University of Languages from 2005 to 2009.
