Leyla Hasanova Shahingoz has a strong background in the legal field, with experience in various roles and industries. Leyla recently joined NEQSOL HOLDING as the Head of Legal Department in October 2021, where they previously served as a Senior Legal Counsel from June 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, Leyla held the position of Head of Legal Department at Aran Oil Operating Company Limited from June 2018 to June 2019. Leyla began their career at Nobel Energy, first as a Lawyer from April 2011 to May 2016, and then as a Senior Lawyer from May 2016 to June 2018.

Leyla Hasanova Shahingoz holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013.
