Rachel Northcutt

Rachel Northcutt is a Consultant at NERA Economic Consulting. Rachel previously worked as an ORISE Research Fellow with the U.S. EPA from January 2014 to July 2015. Rachel has a passion for environmentalism and protecting the planet. Rachel is dedicated to their work and takes great pride in their accomplishments.

Rachel Northcutt has a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Florida State University.

Rachel Northcutt reports to Lawrence Wu, President. They are on a team with James Mellsop - Managing Director, Alan Grant - Associate Director, and Dominik Hübler - Associate Director.
