Nat Baca

Nat Baca serves as the Director of Engineering for Reading Experiences at Wikimedia Foundation since April 2022, overseeing a diverse team of engineers and managing key initiatives related to web design, user interfaces, and innovative mobile app development. Previously, Nat held positions such as Digital Services Expert at United States Digital Service and Engineering Manager at Spotify, with a focus on improving technology and service delivery. Nat's background includes extensive leadership roles at WillowTree, Inc., Apple, and GBG Loqate, where significant contributions were made to software engineering, project management, and team development. Nat is also a Co-Boss at Nerd Nite, spearheading local events and fostering community engagement. Education includes a B.A.S. from Stanford University and a brief stint at the University of Oxford.
