Robert Drezner has worked in various roles since 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Merchantainer for the Walt Disney World College Program. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an IT Support for CBS Coverage Group, Inc., where they were responsible for providing hardware and software support for multiple locations. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Flexible Systems as a Client Support Manager and Client Support Technician. In this role, they were responsible for running the team of client support technicians, scheduling and assisting them on escalated cases, and making sure calls and emails were answered and incidents at client sites were resolved. Since 2020, they have worked as a Service Manager and Field Technician for Nerds That Care.

Robert Drezner obtained their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Nassau Community College in 2008 after attending from 2005 to 2008. Robert then went on to Briarcliffe College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration: IT in 2011.
