Rhea Moss

Rhea Moss is an experienced professional in member services and product management, currently serving as the Head of Member Services at Nerdy since May 2025. Prior to this role, Rhea held various leadership positions at iCIMS from December 2016 to March 2025, including Global Head of Workforce and Customer Insights, Director of Data Insights and Customer Intelligence, Manager of Software Engineering - iNSIGHTS, and Manager of Products. Rhea also served as Head of Products at Prescriptive Data for a brief period in 2016 and spent nearly four years at MongoDB as a Product Manager and Program Manager. Earlier in the career, Rhea was a Product Manager for Excel and Project Manager for the Views to ThomsonOne project at Thomson Reuters from June 2010 to May 2012. Rhea holds a degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
