Tim Shea

Tim Shea has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career in 2001 as a Medical Logistics NCO in the US Army and worked in this role until 2009. After that, they joined Information Control Corporation (ICC) as an Account Manager, where they generated significant revenue.

In 2009, Tim transitioned to Apex Systems, a major IT staffing firm. Initially, they worked as an IT Recruiter, connecting professionals with potential job opportunities. Later, they specialized as a Java Specialty Recruiter, focusing on the Columbus, Ohio, Madison, and Milwaukee markets. Tim also served as an Account Manager and Senior Professional Recruiter during their time at Apex Systems.

In 2013, Tim joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Division Director, responsible for growing the Columbus and Dayton Ohio markets in the Technologies division. The following year, they moved on to Fast Switch, Ltd. as a Senior Account Manager, providing organizations with scalable IT staffing solutions.

Most recently, Tim has been working at Nesco Resource since 2019. Tim started as the Columbus Market Manager - Professional Services, overseeing IT, Engineering, and Accounting & Finance roles and managing profit operations. Tim then became a Strategic Account Executive, partnering with companies to improve their staffing goals. Currently, Tim holds the role of Vice President, National and Strategic Accounts at Nesco Resource, where they have continued to build strong partnerships and provide tailored staffing solutions.

Tim Shea attended The Ohio State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communication. The exact start and end years of their education are not specified.
