Rick Swanson

Rick Swanson is an experienced operations consultant with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as an Operations Consultant at Neset Consulting Services and Badlands Consulting since December 2018, Rick also contributes as a Contract Trainer in Operations and PEC at Train ND since May 2017. Prior to these roles, Rick dedicated 23 years to Hess Corporation as a Production Supervisor, from December 1993 to December 2016. Rick holds a degree from the University of North Dakota, earned between 1986 and 1991.
