Kobi Goren

Kobi Goren is an experienced professional in system analysis and human resources consultancy, currently serving as a system analyst at Matrix since June 2019. Goren has been implementing and leading HR initiatives at Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises LTD since January 2012. In addition, Goren has extensive experience at Oracle since January 2004 as an Oracle HR consultant, specializing in setup, conversions, and interfaces, including HRMS and core process management. Notable projects include defining the relocation process for Amdocs employees and leading the functional implementation of salary processes and self-service capabilities for compensation services. Kobi Goren holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
