Karim J. Jazzar

Karim J. Jazzar is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Director for the Beirut office at Nesma & Partners since October 2023, Karim previously held significant roles at CMA CGM, including Regional HR Manager for the Levant, where responsibility encompassed HR leadership for six countries, and Deputy HR Director in Lebanon, focusing on organizational development and employee engagement. Earlier career highlights include serving as Executive Director of the EMBA Programme at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and positions at ESA Business School where Karim led the development of executive education programs.
