Ashok Nambiar

Ashok Nambiar has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ashok held the position of Head of Human Resources at Wirtgen India Private Limited starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they served as General Manager of Human Resources at John Deere from July 2012 to December 2019. Before joining John Deere, they worked as the Head of HR at Tata International Limited from May 2011 to August 2012. Ashok started their career at ITC Limited as a Human Resources Manager from May 2007 to May 2011.

Ashok Nambiar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Pune University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they completed the Business Leadership Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Ashok also obtained the SA 8000 certification from the Social Accountability International in June 2012. More recently, in August 2023, they achieved certifications in "How to Master Your Executive Presence" and "The Neuroscience of Strategy and Creative Leadership" from LinkedIn. In September 2023, they obtained certifications in "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable" and "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps" from LinkedIn.
