Shaikha Albraikan

Shaikha Albraikan has a strong background in the IT field, primarily working at Nesma Holding Co. Shaikha started their career with the company as an IT Specialist in 2007 and stayed in that role until 2011. Shaikha then moved on to become an IT Project Supervisor from January 2012 to February 2014, and later transitioned to the role of IT Project Manager from March 2014 to March 2019. Most recently, they served as the Head of Corporate IT starting in April 2019. In this position, they were responsible for leading the IT shared services center for Nesma companies, enhancing the IT strategic capabilities of the group, and managing enterprise agreements with technology vendors and service providers. Shaikha also played a key role in driving the digital transformation of business processes and achieved several notable accomplishments, including automating group-level budgeting processes, implementing Oracle ERP systems for multiple companies, and implementing Human Capital Management systems.

Shaikha Albraikan completed their Executive Education in Digital Leadership from INSEAD in 2021. Shaikha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University between 2003 and 2007. Shaikha also obtained an additional certification in Digital Leadership from the Saudi Digital Academy Executive Program at INSEAD Executive Education in 2021.
