Raef Antoun

Raef Antoun is a Computer Engineer with extensive experience in IT management and software development. Currently, Raef Antoun serves as a Computer Engineer at Rafik El-Khoury & Partners - Consulting Engineers since June 2021, while also holding the title of IT Manager at NESO Telecom LLC since July 2022. Previously, from 2000 to 2015, Raef Antoun worked at the General Directorate of State Security, where responsibilities included the analysis, conception, development, and maintenance of various software programs, IT architecture evaluation, network installation and repair, and management of the IT department's stock. Raef Antoun holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences.
