Axel Cartier-Millon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as Head of Innovation Lab and Head of Marketing Machines and Vertuo Lead (Global) at Nestlé Nespresso SA since May 2012. Previously, Axel held various significant roles, including managing global B2C machines distribution with an indirect turnover of approximately EUR 400 million and overseeing key accounts for B2C machines contributing nearly EUR 160 million. Axel has successfully led major projects, such as establishing Nespresso's subscription offer and managing diverse audit teams at Nestlé across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. With a strong educational background including a Master's in Management from emlyon business school and additional studies in Economics, Axel has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, contract negotiation, and operational excellence across multiple industries.
