Elena Arefeva

Elena Arefeva (Shamsieva) has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Customer Service and Operations Director at Nestlé Nespresso SA since April 2016, following a role as Manager Operations. Prior to this, Elena worked at Nestlé from March 2012 to March 2016 as Import and Export Manager. Educationally, Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Audit from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, completed between 1991 and 1995.
