Irina Semenova

Irina Semenova has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Nestlé Nespresso SA since June 2017, and at Nestle Rossiya LLC since October 2012, where responsibilities include managing corporate functions and three business units. Irina's previous roles at Nestle Rossiya LLC included HR Business Partner in the Confectionery Division and Corporate Functions, as well as Recruitment Manager from June 2007 to January 2013. Irina began a career in HR in 2002 as a Marketing Assistant/HR Assistant/HR Specialist at Nestle Food LLC, bringing a comprehensive understanding of human resources and recruitment processes. Irina holds a degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University, completed in 1998.
