Lane Wallace

Lane Wallace serves as Chief Investment Officer at Sumter Investments since August 2018, overseeing investment portfolios and managing investment professionals. As VP of Development at Nest Homes since August 2016, Lane focuses on horizontal development projects, enhancing investment transactions for home-builders and commercial properties. Prior experience includes project development for solar initiatives as an Independent Energy Consultant, as well as energy consulting roles at Celtic Energy, Inc. and Burton Energy Group. Lane has a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
