Jenny Carlberg

Jenny Carlberg serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Neste since April 2020, bringing extensive experience in compliance and legal matters. Previously, Jenny was the Group Compliance Officer at Outokumpu from August 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing the Corporate Compliance Program, conducting compliance risk assessments, developing action plans and training programs, and overseeing communication initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Counsel at Pöyry Plc, handling legal support for contracts, claims, M&A, and governance, and Legal Counsel at KLegal Oy/KPMG Wideri Oy Ab with a focus on corporate and labor law. Jenny holds an M.B.A. from AaltoEE and an L.L.M. from the University of Helsinki.
