Visa Kivinen

Visa Kivinen currently serves as the Head of OSBL project delivery and Vice President of Site & External Projects at Neste since August 2023, overseeing the project delivery for the company's Site and External Project portfolio. Prior to this role, Kivinen led the project management function at Neste Engineering Solutions AB from January 2022 to October 2023, managing multiple disciplines including project management and quality control. At Metso Outotec, from September 2020 to January 2022, Kivinen was the Head of Project Management and Estimation, responsible for both plant project management and estimation teams. Earlier positions included Director of MP Project Implementation at Outotec (Finland) Oy, leading a large international team, and various roles at Outokumpu, encompassing engineering, sales, and research in metallurgy. Kivinen holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and a degree from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
