Eija Niininen

Eija Niininen currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Technology & Projects and Engineering Solutions at Neste, focusing on aligning HR strategy with business objectives and driving organizational culture and leadership development. Previous roles include HR Director for Vaisala, managing HR operations across multiple international locations, and extensive HR leadership positions at Outotec, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy implementation and talent management for various market areas. Eija also has experience in HR development roles at Blue1 and foundational experience in sales and research. Eija holds a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences from Hanken School of Economics and has pursued studies at Uppsala University and Helsingin suomalainen yhteiskoulu.
